Investment firm Regent has acquired Avon North America from South Korean conglomerate LG H&H. This move reunites Avon North America with Avon International under single ownership for the first time in eight years.

Regent had already purchased Avon's international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East from Natura & Co. in January 2026. The Brazilian group Natura & Co. continues to operate the Avon brand in South America.

Leadership and Strategy

Michael A. Reinstein, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Regent, stated the importance of the North American market. "America is where Avon began and central to where Avon goes next," he said. "As Avon’s largest market, it will play a defining role in the next chapter of the brand."

Reinstein argued that unifying the businesses provides a clearer path forward. "Bringing Avon North America and Avon International back together gives Avon clearer ownership, a shared strategy and a stronger foundation for growth," he explained. He said the firm's focus is now on leveraging the combined scale for better products and a stronger earning opportunity for sellers.

Lisa Siders will lead the newly combined company. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Avon International and Regent’s Operating Partner for Avon. She is set to become CEO upon the transaction's closing, which is expected on September 1.

Focus on the Future

In her comments, the incoming CEO emphasized building on Avon's legacy. "Avon has an extraordinary history, but its future will be built by what we do next," Siders stated. She framed the reunification as a chance to create a more focused and connected business for representatives and customers alike.

Her stated priorities are clear. "My priority is to strengthen the business for its next phase of growth: better products, sharper execution, stronger market connection and a brand experience that earns loyalty every day," she commented.

Meanwhile, the seller, LG H&H, signaled a shift in its own strategy. The South Korean conglomerate stated it intends to further focus on its core global K-beauty and retail priorities following the divestment. The deal marks the end of its ownership of the North American Avon operations.
