Victoria Beckham Beauty Turns First Profit
Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business has recorded its first operating profit after 18 years, with 2025 figures showing a £7.3 million profit

Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business has recorded an operating profit for the first time since its 2008 launch. Figures released by Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd show a £7.3 million operating profit for 2025, a significant turnaround from a £1.6 million loss the previous year.
Total revenues increased by 15% to £129.8 million in 2025. The company's EBITDA rose more than fivefold, from £2.2 million to £12.1 million. According to the company, this performance resulted from product development, cost control, stronger direct-to-consumer trading, and an expanding international wholesale network.
Foundation Drops Accelerate Skincare Growth
Victoria Beckham Beauty reported strong annual growth, supported by demand across skincare and fragrance. The launch of The Foundation Drops a year ago more than doubled the size of the brand's skincare business. The product became the brand's second bestselling item, selling out shortly after launch and attracting a waitlist of over 25,000 customers ahead of its planned return in 2026.
Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, stated the drops' success is a strong indicator of the brand's potential in skincare. In fragrance, the Portofino '97 Eau de Parfum led one of the brand's best-performing categories.
Distribution expanded through retailers including Mecca in Australia, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's in the US, Oh My Cream in France, and Space NK and Harrods in the UK. The beauty line is now aiming to operate in over 300 retail locations across 15 markets, with recent entries into KaDeWe in Berlin and de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam. A Middle East launch is planned before the end of 2026.
Fashion Division Expands Channels
The fashion division expanded through both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. Sales at the Dover Street flagship store in London benefited from increased footfall and conversion, while online trading also improved.
Tailoring and occasion-wear were among the strongest areas of demand. Dresses and gowns accounted for 32% of the retail business, led by styles from the Iconics collection such as the Katherine Jacket and Isabella Gown. Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, who joined from Christian Dior Couture in July 2025 to lead the fashion business, said achieving the first operating profit reflects several years of disciplined execution.
Retail and Product Expansion for 2026
Double-digit sales growth continued through the first half of 2026. The company opened its first US retail location at Bal Harbour Shops in May, uniting its fashion and beauty businesses outside London for the first time. A Mercer Street store in New York is due to open in September.
Victoria Beckham Beauty is preparing to launch its first luxury lipstick and an Extrait de Parfum during autumn 2026. Speaking to the Financial Times, Victoria Beckham said the business is no longer viewed as a celebrity brand. She acknowledged past problems, including the need for cash injections from her husband David Beckham, which were discussed in her recent Netflix documentary.
The business, which received backing from Neo Investment Partners in 2017, is chaired by the firm's founder David Belhassen. He said the foundations are now very strong for the next chapter of disciplined global expansion, with two complementary growth engines in fashion and beauty.
