Ulta Beauty Welcomes PacSun CEO to Its Board of Directors

Ulta Beauty has expanded its board of directors with the addition of Brieane Olson, effective August 31. Olson, currently the CEO of fashion retailer Pacific Sunwear (PacSun), brings more than two decades of experience in specialty retail, including leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch and Valentino.

Olson’s expertise spans strategic planning, brand development, omnichannel commerce, and organizational leadership. Her appointment follows the departure of Kelly Garcia, who is moving into the role of Ulta Beauty’s Chief Technology Officer. The board now consists of ten members.
