Oriflame has appointed Kenneth Benaim Campbell as its new CEO, replacing Anna Malmhake who has stepped down after three years in the role.

Kenneth Benaim Campbell has been appointed as the new CEO of Oriflame, a Swedish-founded cosmetics company approaching its 60th anniversary.
Campbell joins Oriflame after spending 27 years in senior leadership positions at L’Oréal across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He replaces Anna Malmhake, who has stepped down after three years as CEO and President of Oriflame.
Campbell brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a strong track record of driving growth and transformation in global organisations. He is recognised for his people leadership, international experience, consumer focus, and ability to drive growth.
Oriflame stated that Campbell is an exceptional international leader with deep beauty industry expertise. He has extensive global experience and a strong track record of building brands, developing people, and delivering results.

Robert Bensoussan, Chairman of the Oriflame Board, stated that Campbell was chosen for the role because he is the right leader to guide Oriflame through its next phase of development and growth.
Bensoussan also thanked Anna Malmhake for her leadership and commitment during an important period in Oriflame's history. Under her leadership, the company successfully completed its refinancing and made significant progress in strengthening the business and advancing its transformation.
