The first phase of the investment focused on the headquarters revamp, which included the creation of a social space and a front-facing position. The project took five months to complete, and Connell is impressed with the amount achieved in such a short time. The next phase will focus on the warehouse and dispatch area, which will be expanded with a three-level mezzanine to enable faster picking, packing, and dispatching.

## Future Plans The company plans to triple the space in one of its areas, which will include social spaces that need to be updated. The factory will also undergo a redesign, with the addition of more machinery and automation to upskill the workforce. The total estimate for the three-phase project is around £5 million.
