Harper Beckham's beauty brand Harlo by Harper is moving toward a 2027 launch. Trademark applications filed in mid-2026 confirm the 15-year-old's venture will span skincare, makeup, fragrance, and body care.

A US trademark was filed on June 3, 2026, with a UK application following on July 8. The filings outline an extensive product catalogue. The proposed trademark covers acne treatments, cleansers, moisturizers, and sunscreens. It also includes cosmetics, perfumes, haircare, soaps, and hand sanitizers. The scope extends to self-tanning products and online retail services for beauty goods and accessories like bags and brushes.

Family backing and brand origins

Victoria Beckham has invested more than $3 million into H7B Ltd, the holding company linked to her daughter's venture. The funds were spent on brand creation and cover the period from the company's inception in 2024 through the end of 2025. H7B Ltd lists Victoria Beckham and her business associate Oliver Shipton as its directors. The company owes creditors roughly $3.4 million, due within one year.

Victoria Beckham confirmed her daughter's ambition on a podcast in May. She recalled Harper approaching her two or three years earlier while experiencing skin difficulties. Harper expressed a desire to create a brand rooted in her personal struggles, stating she knew what she wanted but could not find, and did not want others to go through the same experience.

A growing wave of teen-led beauty

Harper Beckham's rumoured 2027 debut aligns with a rise in teen-founded beauty brands. This shift reflects changing founder demographics in the industry. Simply, Yours is a skincare line launched by teen vlogger Salish Matter and her father Jordan Matter last year at Sephora. Yes Day is another teen skincare brand that debuted last fall by Los Angeles-based Coco Granderson, who is now 14 years old. The Yes Day brand counts Ron Robinson, founder of BeautyStat and Rhode's cosmetic chemist, as its own chemist.

Victoria Beckham Beauty’s ongoing momentum

The mother's established beauty brand continues to show strong growth. Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd., which includes Victoria Beckham Beauty and the fashion brand, reported its first operating profit in 2025. It recorded £7.3 million, compared with a £1.6 million loss the previous year. This marked the brand's fifth consecutive year of double-digit top-line growth. Group revenue increased 15% to £129.8 million.

The beauty business reported growth across skincare and fragrance. Its Foundation Drops more than doubled the size of its skincare business and became its second-best-selling product. The line has gained steam among prestige shoppers for items like its Satin Kajal Liner pencils, which reportedly sell every 30 seconds, and its Portofino '97 Eau de Parfum. Victoria Beckham Beauty has set a target of being available in more than 300 retail locations across 15 markets, with a launch in the Middle East planned before the end of 2026.

Harlo by Harper is reportedly set to debut in 2027.
